Andrea Moser is a contemporary encaustic wax artist, and known for her ability to ignite meaningful dialogues through her art. Originating from Germany and now living in Brisbane, Andrea's journey spans diverse industries, from private business to local government. She even founded her own horticultural marketing business in Germany.

Her unique cultural background profoundly shapes her art, delving into the intricacies of culture, identity, and belonging. Andrea's boundary-pushing creations have earned her prestigious awards and exhibitions across Brisbane and Australia. 

With 37 years in banking, Mariangela has extensive connections, aiding individuals and firms in establishing a presence in Brisbane and Australia. Fluent in Italian, she bridges Italian and Australian entities, fostering economic growth. She's dedicated to empowering women, guiding them toward financial independence. Mariangela founded the Italian Business Women’s Network, uniting over 10,000 businesswomen of Italian descent. Her expertise extends to financial education, residential, and business banking. She mentors women on topics from everyday banking to property investment and startups. Her contributions have earned awards, including "Commendatrice Dell’ Ordine della Stella D’Italia" from the President of Italy. She's a two-time finalist in the Women in Finance Awards and actively engages with nonprofit boards, representing the Italian community.

Dominika Ohana is a senior lecturer, researcher, and Industry Stream Lead at Torrens University, where she teaches and coordinates industry-based subjects within the Bachelor of Business program. Before entering academia, Dominika held several senior leadership positions in Australia and Europe, where she was responsible for enhancing operational efficiency, improving customer experience, scaling up businesses, developing and managing diverse teams. Her current research interests are focused on employability, skilled migration, soft skills and psychological capital.

Originally from Russia, Anna has worked and travelled through South East Asia and Africa for 16 years. Since her arrival to Australia in 2016 she’s been running an ethic business “Salute World”. Anna helps immigrant entrepreneurs overcome cultural and language barriers and confidently enter the Australian market through multicultural marketing and cross-cultural communication. Recently Anna founded “Migra Terra”- Australian Multicultural Business hub, directory and community for migrapreneurs where cultural background matters and local customs are respected. With a strong belief that one’s language and cultural background are business assets, “Migra Terra” helps immigrants not just fit in but also stand out and become valuable members of the Australian community.

Katrin Watson joined as Queensland Ambassador of GABWA in a volunteer capacity in October 2021 and as Board Director of iGABA in 2023 with a passion for connecting German-Australian professional women. Katrin believes that the exchange of ideas and experiences is critical to self-development and the evolution of one's career. Having settled in Brisbane 16 years ago, she has had a career in communications/PR and executive management and now works in a fulfilling for-purpose role at Indigenous Business Australia, assisting First Nations Australians in realising their economic aspirations. Katrin lives in Quandamooka country raising two bright children with her husband.

Claudia Luettringhaus is the Head of Consular Service and Cultural Affairs at the German Consulate in Brisbane. She has a masters degree in Intercultural Business Communication, Social and Behavioural Sciences and speaks five languages. Her passion is bringing people together via business networking and cultural exchange. 

Through her role, Claudia is part of key German organisations in Brisbane, like the innovative German-Australian Business Assoc., German-Australian Business Women and the  German Club. She is the Festival manager of Brisbane German Week (2016) and Co-Founder of Brisbane Karneval (2011). She supports Queensland’s two German Immersion schools and other multicultural initiatives.
