Alternatively, contact me for an international delivery quote before making a purchase. I will select the safest and best value courier for your order. Large paintings are sent via courier, while smaller items are sent via Australia Post. Framed art and canvas pieces are bubble-wrapped and sent with heavy-duty cardboard surrounds and packaging tape with fragile stickers.

Items are dispatched as soon as possible, typically within 5 business days after payment clears. All customs fees or import duties are the buyer's responsibility. Please familiarise yourself with your country’s policies before purchasing, especially for original artwork.
Returns
Andrea Moser wants customers to have an enjoyable experience when purchasing her products. In the interests of full transparency, some realities related to transportation costs and the fragile nature of artwork necessitate a realistic Returns Policy. Please read on for full details.

Paintings and prints can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged. Customers are encouraged to choose carefully when making a purchase. They will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning their items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Art may be returned within 14 days of purchase for customers within Australia. Small artworks in boxes under 100cm may be returned if safely packaged via Australia Post. Artworks in boxes over 100cm may be returned via courier. Artworks must be repacked safely in the original box and wrapping. Contact info@andreamoserart.com for the return delivery address.

Refunds will be processed promptly, with payment made by the same method as the original payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of Andrea Moser Art.

Andrea Moser takes great care with packaging and handling, but in the unlikely event that an item is lost or damaged during delivery, please:

Contact the delivery service provider directly to request a refund or to claim on any insurance options available; and

Contact Andrea Moser by sending an email to info@andreamoserart.com outlining how the products were damaged in transit so she can determine if the delivery service provider should be removed from providing delivery services.
